Unwind

No timetable. No problem.

A gym on your schedule, a spa menu built on natural products that are kind to you and to the reef, and a pool that is warm by ten. Wellness, without the lecture.

Spa

Treatments with nothing to hide.

A short menu of massages and treatments built on natural products, in a room that smells of coconut oil rather than chemicals. Therapists are booked ahead so they are here when you are. Message us before you arrive and we will hold your slot; the current treatment list and prices are on WhatsApp.

The curved wooden treadmill in the gym

Gym

Open when you are.

A small, well-equipped gym: a curved treadmill, a reformer, free weights, a mat, and no timetable. Six in the morning or six in the evening, nobody is counting. Complimentary for guests.

Pool

Warm by ten. Gold by six.

The pool sits between the cabins and the beach, ringed by timber deck, beanbags and umbrellas, with the Boat Bar at one end. It is the centre of the day and, on Fridays and Saturdays, the centre of the evening too.

Morning yoga on Galu Beach

Yoga

Sun salutations, with the actual sun.

Mats are yours to borrow. The deck at first light and the beach at low tide are the two spots guests keep coming back to. Group sessions with a local teacher can be arranged for four or more; ask a few days ahead.

In the cabin

Rest is the point.

Lala is Swahili for sleep, and the cabins are built around it: a king bed, crisp linen, no television, and a curated soundscape you can switch off in favour of the sea. Bath products are natural, mosquito repellent is on the shelf, and the water in the bottle is ours, from the reverse osmosis plant, free. See the cabins.

Book to unplug.

Tell us what you'd like booked before you arrive: a massage on day one, a yoga session on day three. We'll have it ready.
