Getting here
Three ways in.
- Fly to Ukunda
- Daily flights from Nairobi Wilson (about an hour) and from the Mara. Ukunda airstrip is 15 minutes from us by taxi; tell us your flight and a driver will be waiting.
- Via Mombasa
- International and domestic flights land at Moi International. From there it is around 2 hours by road via the Dongo Kundu bypass, or the Likoni ferry if you like a story. We can arrange the car.
- Take the train
- The SGR from Nairobi to Mombasa, then a car south. Slower, cheaper, and the bush goes past the window.
- By road from Diani
- Diani Beach Road south toward Galu. We are next after Coconut Village; look for the LalaGalu sign on the left.
- Times
- Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 11am. Early arrivals are welcome at Sunnyside Up while the cabin is readied.
